FASTQC¶
Generate fastq qc statistics using fastqc.
Software dependencies¶
- fontconfig ==2.12.1
- fastqc ==0.11.5
Example¶
This wrapper can be used in the following way:
rule fastqc:
input:
"reads/{sample}.fastq"
output:
html="qc/{sample}.html",
zip="qc/{sample}.zip"
params: ""
wrapper:
"0.19.1/bio/fastqc"
Note that input, output and log file paths can be chosen freely. When running with
snakemake --use-conda
the software dependencies will be automatically deployed into an isolated environment before execution.
